The frame for a fire-resistant structure consists of:
  • machined aluminum shape;
  • a special heat-protective filling fixed on the shape (fire glass or fire sandwich panel), which serves to increase the heating time of the frame, as well as to prevent it from deforming during one-sided heating.
The limit of fire resistance is determined by means of evaluation tests of the behavior of structures under certain conditions of heating and pressure arising in a fully burning fire.
Scope of application:
  • the lobbies and hallways (the evacuation zone);
  • elevator lobbies;
  • stairs, atriums;
  • corridors (escape routes);
  • server rooms.
Painting:
  • fire partitions are painted in RAL colors.
