PRODUCTION

Established in 2000, OOO Firma Tehzaschita is a manufacturing plant and is among the top in the Russian market of special protective equipment.

Our products are delivered to state-important and specially protected facilities, including those that are part of:

Rosenergoatom JSC
”Rosatom” State Corporation for Atomic Energy
Objects of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, law enforcement agencies
Industrial enterprises in Russia and abroad

Quality Management

The production system of the enterprise is certified for compliance with ISO 9001:2015 International Standards and undergoes continuous internal and external audits
The production equipment fleet is constantly expanding and regularly updated
Timely preventive maintenance work and testing of equipment for manufacturing accuracy
The production process is designed in such a way that any part can be traced at each stage. We verify the purchased products
All required special processes are certified, including approval from the Head Materials Science Organization. Welding and other specialized equipment is also certified
QC specialists, process engineers and welders undergo regular training with obligatory confirmation of their qualifications

QUALITY CONTROL STEPS

Vendor verification

We work only with official dealers. We check the quality of materials and their certification.

Warehouse Incoming Inspection

Verification of weight of materials, commercial and supporting documents.

QC department incoming inspection

We verify the purchased materials in accordance with GOST 24297.

QC department functional inspection

At each manufacturing stage the products are provided for QC inspection. Acceptance tests are carried out with a representative of the customer.
